• 01. Are the CD Playback or CDG all sold with 2 versions, one sung and one playback?

  Except opposite mention, CD or CDG are all sold with 2 versions with the exception of the " CDGPS-JTG " and " CDGNAP " which possess only the only version playback.

• 02. Are the DVD Karaoke all sold with 2 versions, one sung and one Karaoke ?

  DVD Karaoke are all sold with 2 versions exept VCV, WAP, Best Of Latino, Best Of Latino, Best Of Musicale, Best Of Schlagerduette et Megahits which possess only Karaoke version.

• 03. Are the Lyrics Books supplied with CD or CDG playback?

  Texts are supplied every time when mention "Livret Paroles inclus" is added after the title of the disc. By default the other CD’s are not sold with the Lyric Book. You can find Lyric books in our column " Lyric Book ".

• 04. I do not possess a DVD Karaoke player, may I all play the DVD or VCD KARAOKE ?

  Yes you can play with your regular DVD player a DVD or VCD KARAOKE. You may only risk having no access to specific functions of certain discs. Besides you will not have the key control, input for microphones and of the direct access with the buttons on the player (available with certain DVD Karaoke players) without using the menu (do not work on all the DVD KARAOKE)

• 05. I wish to buy a CDG but they are mixed with the CD’s, how could I select only the CDG ?

• 08. I wish to organize evenings karaoke in my bar, restaurant or in my night club.

  ·    What shall I do first ?
  You have to declare your evening to your local Sacem (for France). Sacem will explain you in details the modalities of royalty (fixed price, percentage on turnover…)
   
  ·    Which discs am I allow to use in my bar, restaurant or night Club ?
  You must only use discs PRO (KPM PRO, DJ PRO, Z …) with authorized public broadcasting. The fact of paying a royalty to Sacem does not authorize you to use discs for home only reserved for the domestic frame. Those forbidden DVD are notably collections « Home Karaoké », « Le Meilleur des Tubes », « Karaoké Attitudes », « 100 % Karaoké », « La Meilleure Compil du Siècle », « Tubes du Karaoké »…… Note that certain DVD MONO artists are tolerated and that the english DVD does not cause problems.

• 09. I wish to have the follow-up of words on screen. Which disc do I have to buy?

  The follow-up of words on screen is possible with :
   - DVD or VCD
   - CDG : on the condition of having a compatible reader CDG
   - Laser Discs : only if you already have a special player because these readers are not
     manufactured any more.       
   - VHS Cassette : with a video recorder

• 10. I just need the Playback version (only music). Which disc do I have to buy?

  - CD
  - CDG: without any limitation. You will be able to use all the CDG as simple CD Playback (only music) with any player CD or DVD.
  - Audio cassette tape with a player of audio cassette tape

You can also clarify the language of the song. If you obtain several answers, it will mean that your title is available on various volumes, you only have to choose !

• 01. Are sung versions interpreted by the original artists?

  Generally not. Songs are recorded by respecting the most faithfully possible original versions. However the collections of the 60s to 80 " DVD ORIGNAL ARTIST " or " DVD ORIGINAL FOOTAGE " are originals (including clips). More recently Mr. Vladimir Cosma authorized the Karaoké Paris Musique company (DVD KARAOKE KPM PRO Vol.8 “Chansons De Films”) to use original versions for notably “Reality” and “Your Eyes” by Richard Sanderson, "You Call It Love" by Karoline Krüger, "Les Sous Doués En Vacances" by Guy Marchand…

  Yes it is possible due to CHRONOPOST (for orders from Monday to friday) but only for deliveries in France. You just have to choose this option in the shopping cart. You will receive your discs the next day before 1 PM if you order before 2 PM. In case of emergency particular for the material or the microphones, it is advised to join us by phone on 0033 1 48 44 06 06.
  For other countries, please contact us and we will communicate an indicative delay (it depends of the country). Please note that we can’t propose delivery the next day.

  The shipping is fast : Order before 2 PM and it will be sent generally the same day.

  The orders of 1 to 2 discs are sent by The Post office with “Fréquence C” with distribution against signature. The delay is generally of 2 days.
  The other orders are sent by The Post office with “Colissimo Expert” included real value assurance against signature for more security. The delay is generally of 2/3 days.

06. GUARANTEE AND EXCHANGE

• 01. I have just received a disc and I notice that I made a mistake. May I ask for an exchange?

  No problem, you can ask us by mail info@karaoke-kpm.fr or by phone 0033 1 48 44 06 06 an exchange (do not send back anything without preliminary ask). Please note than only discs not opened in their original packing will be able to be exchanged. The expenses of return and new sending will be at your expense.

• 02. I receive a disc defected. What shall I do?

  Please thanks to describe the problem by mail on info@karaoke-kpm.fr.
  Goods supplied by KARAOKÉ PARIS MUSIQUE are new and guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. If it happened that an article is defective, we commit to you to exchange it or to pay off him it to you after test by us, under reserve that it is us returned to its original packing in perfect state and with a copy of the corresponding invoice KARAOKÉ PARIS MUSIQUE in 8 days following the reception of the parcel.
   
  In case of defective disc, we advise you to test it on another player before to return it.
  If your product is very defective, the expenses of return will be at our expense. On simple demand, you will be able to benefit of free expenses of sendings as compensation of your expenses of return.
  Please do not return any goods without our agreement.
